Blackbody Radiation

Hallo zusammen,

Folgende Aufgabe bereitet mir Probleme:

A physical law states: the warmer the surface of a body / material, the smaller the emitted wavelength. Test this law using the following example:

You have a steel hotplate with a diameter of 45 cm. Before heating, the hotplate measures a surface temperature of 20.5°C; after heating, it measures a temperature of 640°C.

i) Give the name of the respective law

ii) Conduct the necessary calculations.
iii) In which wavelengthrange is the emitted radiation maximum? Classify the wavelength into the electromagnetic spectrum.
